Hanging drywall in Chicago and Chicagoland areas is what we do. Our drywall hanging team has years of hands on experience in the drywall hanging trade.
Drywall hanging is an art and and an exact science. Hanging drywall consists of wall and ceiling preparation, installing furring or stud sticks as needed (if missing) space and sections measuring, marking required cuts and angles, routing out openings as needed (HVAC etc.), slicing and cutting drywall sheets to an exact measurement (down to the 1/8″ of an inch), fastening the drywall sheets to the walls or ceilings along with the required fastener, install pre-finish trims, edging and or transitions as needed and make sure the drywall is hanging correctly to be ready for the next step of Drywall Finishing.
